▪ BRITTANY PACKAGE ▪
Price: $975 ($375 deposit upon signing contract)
“Helping you to make your dream wedding come true”

This package is for you if: You have selected your venues and already have your budget prepared and have the time to meet the vendors. I will assist you with the following:

1. If you have not found your venue I will help you find the perfect location for your
wedding and reception
2. Book appointments with vendors for you
3. Organize any pre-meetings
4. Negotiate with caters and vendors (i.e. fees, setup time, etc.)
5. Distribute last payment to vendors if needed
6. Honeymoon Planning Assistance
7. Meet with you several months in advance to coordinate your event
8. Make sure all gifts are ready to go to their destination after the wedding and or reception
9. Arrive 2 hrs. early on wedding day to ensure proper arrangements are in place (unity candles, programs, flowers, etc.) for the ceremony
10. Recommend ways to stay within your budget
11. Provide you with an experienced vendor listing to match your budget
12. Prepare a schedule, listing all the details that must be done before the event day, i.e. (invitations, cake, music etc.) and meet with you to see if you are on target with your plans (up to 3 1 hr. meetings prior to rehearsal including free 1 ½ hr initial consultation)
13. Contact vendors the week prior to the event to finalize their schedule
14. Provide very qualified back up vendors in case of emergency for last minute changes or no shows on wedding day
15. Create a minute by minute itinerary for the day of the event for the couple, myself, your vendors and wedding party
16. Be there the day of event to coordinate all activities from beginning to end of the event
17. Review and confirm contracts and timing of events with all vendors
18. Assure that the bride and groom do not see each other prior to ceremony
19. Ensure that all floral arrangements are distributed to the correct party members
20. Assure that marriage license is signed and given to officiate
21. Manage the timing of your events with family wedding party and guests
22. Act as a liaison between you and your wedding vendors
23. Cue services for the ceremony (i.e. musicians, bridal party, etc.)
24. Greet and instruct guests who arrive late
25. Assure that ceremony and reception area are setup according to floor plans
26. Cue all services for the reception (Grand entrance, dances and toasts)
27. Will assure that all items for your event are in place (i.e. toasting glasses, guestbook, cake serving items, etc)
28. Coordinate all vendor breaks and meals
29. Assure that all personal items brought in for the event are returned to the designated person
30. Assist you and your family with any matters that may arise
31. Bring an emergency kit
32. Place favors, guest book, and place cards, in appropriate place at reception site if the venue does not provide this service

3. Assist with the selection of menu, floor layout, and music
4. Come to the wedding with emergency kit with necessary items
5. Take care of the bride and grooms needs during the reception
6. Personal Assistant
7. Assistance with Seating Chart
8. Food and Beverage Selection Assistance
9. Budget Management
10. Assistance in the design of the wedding (including color scheme)
11. Creating a floor plan for the ceremony and/or reception site

$475 up to 8 hrs. on the day of the wedding

Wedding and Reception Day Coordinator for the week of your wedding and for the rehearsal the day before.
