After you have decided to hire us we will meet again to draw up the contract and
make plans to have your dream wedding come true. From that date we'll decide what additional services or packages that you may require.
▪ Deposits and Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required in all the wedding
packages. The
deposit is due to reserve and book a date with "Dream Weddings on a Budget by Tammy". This non-refundable
deposit allows us to start planning your wedding. If you choose a wedding package then you will get
your deposit applied to your package price.
The second payment is due when all services have been contracted and confirmed....
Any and All Balances Due are payable at the last planning session or two weeks prior to the wedding date.
Payment in full is required for A La Carte’ Services at time of Service.
A 60-day written notice is required to cancel any contracted event....Payment for services rendered is due two weeks after cancellation notice received.
"Dream Weddings on a Budget by Tammy" reserves the right for final billing at the conclusion of the event for any additional charges and fees required.
There is a $25.00 weekly charge applied to any past due balances.
▪ Cancellations:
If for any reason you cancel your wedding within 15 days of the wedding date, you will be charged 50% of your total wedding services. You will not get your deposit back due to all of the work that has been put into your wedding up to this point. Additional fees may also be incurred by other vendors.
If the wedding is canceled 14-30 days of the wedding date all above rules apply but you will be charged a 25% penalty plus any vendor’s fees.
