"I just can not thank you enough for all you did for Stephanie and Andy’s wedding. I just never imagined that just with your help on Friday and Saturday how much you took off my hands. You made sure that the rehearsal dinner went just fine, even though the restaurant messed up on the date and did not have us down for Friday night. All you did at the reception, oh there is just not enough words to say all you did. You made us feel like we were your top priority that night. Stephanie had the wedding of her dreams. I don’t know if she had ever told you but we attend a wedding at Sugar Mill years ago, (I think Stephanie was still in middle or high school) and she said that she would love to have a reception there. It was more beautiful than we could have imagined. You are truly an angel. Brittany was very helpful those two nights also. She is a lovely girl. I wish you all the best in what ever comes your way."

"I will never be able to say enough good things about Tammy! She put me at ease from the first time I spoke with her, and I hired her at our first meeting—even before I met with another coordinator. I hired her for day-of coordination, but she went way above and beyond! She offered to help me put together favors, calmed me down when my invitations arrived and incorrect, helped me find out what type of guitar strings my fiancée plays so I could include a set in his wedding present, and put me in touch with a former bride so I could get custom picks made. She worked with all of my vendors to set up a timeline for the day and kept us all on time (quite a feat since I am infamous for being 1-2 hours late for most events).
Tammy worked with our officiant, Dixie, to organize our rehearsal and kept the jokers in line (quite literally). She really made sure they knew what they were doing before we left for dinner. The next day, she had the reception site decorated by noon and came to my hotel room with over a dozen digital pictures for my approval. She had to improvise the ceremony site set up because it was very windy, and she also brought pictures for my approval. She has great taste and everything was perfect!
On top of it all, she’s just a sweet, sweet person. She must have spent more than 12 hours working on my wedding on the big day alone, and she remained calm and professional throughout all of the hotel’s mistakes. I found her through recommendations on this message board, and I owe a huge thanks to the knotties who reviewed her!! She lived up to her name and made sure I had my dream wedding!"

"Thank you so much for an outstanding job that you did in creating our dream wedding on February 3, 2007!  You were wonderful and very instrumental to me during the entire planning process.  I know I probably overwhelmed you with emails after emails, but you never skipped a beat!  I loved how you were always on top of everything. You always made me feel as though I was the only bride you were working with, (even though I knew you had other brides)…  but you still made me feel as though my wedding was at the top of your list.  I really enjoyed you coming out with me to take a look at venues and asking the questions that I didn’t even think of to ask (like, do you have a back-up plan in case of bad weather?).  Well when our wedding day finally came around, you kept your cool throughout the day…  even though the weather didn’t agree with us, and we had to move the ceremony inside, you really made it so special for us…  even though you know how badly I wanted to have it outside.  Our guest even commented on how lovely the ceremony was inside the Florida Room at Dubsdread.  It made them feel as though there were right up there with us while we were exchanging our vows, and the atmosphere gave a feel of a cozy winter day in front of the large fireplace in a historical mountain lodge.   The entire day was wonderful!  I don’t think I would have been able to relax at all if it wasn’t for you!  Especially, since I’m a little on the controlling side…  you took charge and I never once had to double check or question whether something had been taken care of.  I just knew there was no doubt that you had already taken care of it.  Hiring you was the best decision we made!  We thank you for everything!  I now tell all my friends that hiring a wedding coordinator is a must…  especially, if you want to relax and enjoy your special day!"

"How are you?? Two months after the wedding and I’m finally getting the time to start on my thank you’s to everyone! There are three words to describe Tammy F. Heaton: “Above and beyond”-exactly what you do for weddings. I have to say first that you were the easiest person to work with out of all the “vendors” we hired. You were definitely the most energetic and friendliest, actually one of the friendliest people I have ever met. I was always stressed out when I called you, but you always raised my spirit with your energy. Your versatile personality helped you get along with all of the different people you needed to be in contact with for our wedding…strict Church personnel, crazy Bride, etc., but you did what you needed to do regardless-and more. The whole day and night was a whirlwind, but I distinctly remember you always near, not too close, but close enough to know when something was needed and to notice anything that you could prevent, before it actually became a problem. You were always there to ask me if everything was Ok and if I needed anything, and always at the right times, which helped me avoid needing my family for help, when instead they were able to enjoy the day, work-free. Not just the day of the wedding, which was all I had hired you for, but the two extra days you met me at the Church & Club, showed much initiative on your part and especially, that you cared about how our wedding day would turn out. Offering to meet me at both places just to get a feel for the environments and more importantly, to meet with the necessary parties for wedding details showed me you are very serious about your profession and that made me very comfortable before my wedding day. You served many roles for our wedding: bride room bouncer, vendor liaison, knowledgeable wedding advisor, and friend-for that I sincerely thank you. Good luck with all of your future weddings! I’m sure they’ll be fine as long as the Bride has you. I tell everyone now-wedding coordinators are a must, if you want a wedding as good as mine. Thank you so much!"

After planning my weeding, I was grateful to hire you to be a day of coordinator. I do not know what I would have done without you. Sean and I knew that we did everything we could to make sure our wedding was enjoyable for everyone, but you were able to make sure that it was enjoyable for us. We did not have to worry about making all the dreaded confirmation phone calls to all the vendors or to make sure that they came through with their promises. Not only were you professional, personable, dedicated, and affordable, you made me feel like my wedding day was your most important job. For a nervous bride having to deal with a million decisions, it is nice to know that a vendor is there to help her. You removed all the stress from my day and made sure that nothing went wrong. I cannot thank you enough for everything you did. Hiring you to help with my wedding was the best decision I made and I would strongly recommend your services to another bride."

"Thank you, so much for the outstanding work you did on our wedding. You were always there when I needed you. The efforts you put forth, were well above what I expected when I planned my, "wedding on a budget." I'm still getting compliments on how beautiful everything was. The arches, the bows, the table cloths that you helped me pick just brought forth my vision of what, I wanted , my day to be like. Just short of the rain scare, everything worked out just like you said it would. I know that I would not have been able to stay within my budget had I not talked to you, just four weeks before the wedding.
So short notice is definitely your strong suit. Again, Tammy every thing you arranged which was practically, everything, turned out great. And for those things that you did not arrange you coordinated with the other vendors perfectly.

"The day Ronnie proposed to me was the most wonderful day ever besides meeting him. That weekend we chose a date and thought wow 6 months from now it will be here May.27.2006. How do we do this? So we (Ronnie & me) are the ones with the say so and no one try's to take that excitement from us. Ronnie and I only had 1 person in mind from knowing how fun, organized, intelligent, caring, loving and just the perfect person for our perfect wedding it was you - Tammy. We went over to your house sat in your office with you and asked if you would plan our wedding you were as excited or more excited not sure which but we were all happy at this moment. From that moment Tammy took everything into her every thought and planning to what we wanted was no worries. Tammy did all of the in-between families compromising to what Ronnie and I decided would make our perfect wedding. Tammy spent a lot of time with making and arranging flower bouquets for myself and all of my 3 girls, flower girl baskets, to all of the courses. Went with me when I wanted her opinion on my wedding dress and to also to look for tuxedos. Tammy made everything run smoothly, stress free, planning all to a check list. Tammy is also a person that is my friend (before the engagement) that everyone should cherish and hope to have 1 day in there life. Tammy is the friend and our wedding planner that everyone hopes to have or will have for that perfect wedding. Enjoy every moment of the planning, it goes really fast. Now Ronnie and I have been married 2 wonderful months with great memories of not having to stress about anything any enjoy it all. Tammy, Ronnie and I want to thank you for all you did to make our Dream possible."
